Exceptional
Positives:
The breakfast was good. Just what you need in the morning. Cold and hot food. Nice coffee and clean breakfast area. A little gym, just good enough to have my daily gym. Very nice indoor pool. And super friendly staff. Nice big clean towels and good bed. The hotel was good situated and reachable by car.
Negatives:
I cannot think of something that we didnot like.

The dirty bedroom we walked into on the first night. There was liquid of some sort between the night stands and the bathroom was not very clean. Kristen “cleaned” the room and it was not clean. The bed near the door was so dirty on multiple areas of the cover and under that it was not used.

Bed pillows are cheap and stiff - spend a little more on the linens!! Bathroom was just okay - the floors haven't been thoroughly cleaned in some time - caked on dirt in the corners. The bar soap in the shower had been there for some time ---- it was in pieces in the package!!
Breakfast was less than appetizing. Powdered eggs & sausage links were "warm"... Fruit (oranges) were hard, obviously old. An assortment of (fresh) fruit would be more appetizing. Nice to have yogurt - unfortunately only one flavor. I felt like it was the end of the month and grocery budget was low or non-existent.

Breakfast was great but really couldn't enjoy it much. My wife got bit pretty bad by bed bugs. We has to leave earlier then expected.

Bed bugs in our room. My wife got bit bad and is still very itchy and sore from all her bites. Hate that this had happened. We really liked this hotel previously
