Passable
Positives:
Clean shower and clean comfortable bed, met the requirements for a cheap room
Negatives:
Small, no amenities (didnt expect any fir the price tho), cheap vinyl floor. I know it's easier for cleaning but it makes the room so cold.

Positives:
The staff was excellent. Very nice and helpful. Cat friendly.
Negatives:
The wet dog smell in the room. We are happy that this hotel is pet friendly, but the smell in the room was a bit too "friendly".

Our stay suited our purposes
Positives:
The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had to change rooms 3 times due to unworking tv.
Negatives:
The bed was creaky, hard and you could feel all the springs. Very uncomfortable.

Poor
Positives:
About the only thing that went right was the checkout. Which couldn't have came soon enough. I was being pestered and quite near literally pushed out the door to my room. (15 minutes BEFORE checkout time) And I have never felt so looked dian upon or belittled as I did with my stay in Grants Pass.
Negatives:
The customer service was completely lacking. If your gonna be in customer service, make sure it's something you like to do, not something that makes you flip out on person after person because they ask you for some help with attaining wkn new towels ajd actually dk their job. Sad how much of a turn customer service has taken nowadays
