I do not leave bad reviews, in fact this is the 1st, but felt compelled to. Room not cleaned, still dirty the next day. No hot water at all for shower, only cold. Food was REALLY bad. Gentleman at front desk no help. Won't ever stay here again.

We had a suite so the room was nice size. The bed and pillows were comfortable Had sufficient towels for first day. Full size hairdryer. Breakfasts were good. However some dairy free low sugar options would have been nice. I brought my own. Staff was always friendly

I had placed the card to have the room changed out with fresh towels and the garbage emptied but no one came Both the key cards quit working on day 3, again one stopped on day 4. They were not near our phones It did appear you were short staffed.

It was a nice room, staff was friendly and it was in a great location

The indoor pool and breakfast was the only good thing about this motel.
Negatives:
The rooms were filthy. The downstairs rooms had pee spots all throughout. They don't have the carpets cleaned at all. I will never stay at this motel again. A few years ago it was a nice motel till it sold and not being taken care of. Young kids are running it. Sad the Best Western name is tarnished that's were I prefer to stay.

Nothing. To be fair, this place is exactly what you'd expect - a dumpy, run down motel - but sadly, probably the "nicest" motel in this dumpster fire of a town.
Negatives:
This is not the sort of place I would ever stay at, but there were no Marriott properties nearby and I was forced to be in this town for an event. If you're used to staying at places like this, I'm sure you'll be fine. Honestly, my biggest gripe was the price (I think we paid like $225 for the night)...how can you charge Marriott prices for something that looks like a murder could have taken place in the room next door? Again, I think it's because this town has such limited options that the few motels can charge an arm and a leg and get away with it.

The property was very close to the sights we planned on visiting. Complimentary breakfast was a plus!

I had reserved 2 rooms, but up until 4pm I was still not able to check cause the the rooms were still being cleaned. Even after the cleaning one of the rooms I got heard a musky smell that the manager confirmed on our checkout day that they were in the middle of renovations. (Why assign us a room that smells so bad in the first place)

Its an old beach motel made out to be an in. And suites. Price was ridiculous for an old beach motel in a town with nothing.
