Upon arrival we were told there was $100 security deposit in case someone smoked inside the room (we reserved non-smoking). When we entered the room there were cigarette burns all over the blankets and an ashtray inside the room. Mold throughout the shower but who needs a shower when you get one every time you turn the sink faucet on? The mattress was as firm as they come and the bed creaked just walking through the room...yes...the bed creaked. The remote was missing a back and didn't work, there was a phone in the room but it didn't have buttons. The smell of cleaning supplies burned our nostrils and I honestly don't know what had been cleaned because I felt like I had to wash my hands every time I touched something.
