The only small issue we had was due to the booking with Booking.com. We were not in the hotel system; they had to go check our reservation elsewhere. After 10 hours on the road, it was a bit stressful. But it took 10 minutes to sort it out.

I liked the included breakfast and hotel location. We were right next to city hall so there was a lot to do and great restaurants were close by. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Negatives:
Lack of self parking. We were not notified that the St. Patty's Day parade was going on the day we stayed in Philly so there were hotel restrictions on parking. The hotel should have put something on their website for this location because the parade went right by making travel by car in the area all but impossible for 5 hours. We were given downgraded hotel rooms when we first checked in. I had to go to the front desk to let them know they didn't put us in the rooms we paid for. The hotel lobby is small and cramped.
