The front desk was terrible. Tried to modify our reservation, and was continually given the runaround with no answers. When we got the bill, we have been grossly overcharged and are under dispute with them now.

The staff was all wonderful and great location! We had just gotten engaged the day of check in and they delivered treats and a sweet handwritten card. We will certainly be back!

the AC unit did not work, the staff was not incredibly friendly, the dining options were not great, too many people who were not staying at hotel were using the rooftop bar making it crowded and we never got the chance to enjoy the view from the rooftop.
