They need to get rid of the bands to go in the pool area. We went to meet family that live oit there and had to get bands for them too after we paid for a room. Very stupid idea

For our stay .. we didn’t receive maid services or clean towels. The room was not cleaned properly when we got there. We found children’s toys under the beds and tables. The bathroom soaps and shampoos were already opened and used.

The water park was okay! The check in gal was very helpful.
Negatives:
The hallways were filthy, food and trash all over. The rooms were dirty and had a nasty odor in them. There was something growing in our sink drain. The floors hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Our bed had lipstick or nail polish on the sheets. The ceiling has gross stuff stuck on it. The heater was loud and sounded like a washing machine. The toilet would run loudly for 20 minutes everytime it was flushed. We found random items on the floor like a squishie and lip gloss. We decided to leave after the first night instead of staying 3 nights. When leaving housekeeping told us if we weren't out in 5 minutes we would get charged for another night. Very rude staff, aside from the gal at check in. When checking out, they didn't seem concerned or sorry for their poor, unclean accommodations. We will never stay here again!

Yes there was dried dog poop in the corner of the room, absolutely disgusting. And a piece of metal bed frame was sticking out covered by the bed skirt and k hurt my shin on it.
