I am very picky; this was the cleanest hotel I have been in in a very long time! And the sheets were crisp clean and smooth. All staff were pleasant and kind.

The room was nice and clean.Parking was good. Great Breakfast! It was close to the hospital for my surgery that was important.

We did not like that we had to pay for the service dog. We never get charged at a hotel for a service dog but here we did and there was extra charges what was not when I booked it. So it was a lot more expensive than expected!

Was overcharged when I checked in. Hair on sheets , dirty tub and roach traps with roaches in them. I was scared to unpack any of my stuff. Room didnt get any attention from house keeping. Staff wasnt to knowledgeable on stuff regarding hotel.They area

Very clean, organized hotel. Our room was equipped with all the essentials and things were well organized. The breakfast was served and was great.. highly recommend this place if you want a place to stay and visit attractions near in Chattanooga.
