Positives: Breakfast was the best ever. Staff was very nice. Room was great. Location was great. Just wish pool was heated.

Negatives: One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of heated pool in hotel. The pool was not heated and the management knew this. We had to go across the street to use the pool of another hotel. We are talking in November. Had to dress in warm clothes, pack clothes to change into, in a bathroom across from pool. Had no way of drying hair after swimming. Go back to bathroom to change out of wet clothes, into warm clothes, and get out in the cold to get back to room. The pool was because of our five year old granddaughter.

Positives: The location was perfect, just walking distance from so many attractions. Our room was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kitchen was stocked for us to make a meal if we wanted to. Plenty of space for our little family. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was always hot and delicious. The staff was always friendly and greeted us every morning.
