Up on arrival there was no coffee pot two towels no iron board or iron. The door shut but was kinda loose you could wiggle if wiggled hard enough it probably would of came open. Other animals in the hotel was barking and carrying on causing my service animal to act up and not much sleep the cable was messed up

The room was clean and spacious and they allowed service dogs.
