Positives:
I like the distance to get down to the Gatlinburg strip. It was nice to be able to park and then walk down the strip to where we wanted to go and did not have to pay for parking.
Negatives:
The location was pretty messy and sketchy.The pictures that are shown are not at all what the place looks like on the outside and the inside. You definitely get what you paid for. The floor was messed up and the walls look like bleach was thrown on them.

Was able to bring our pup along. Room was updated. Location was great.
Negatives:
Floor could have been cleaner. Some cosmetic things need done around the hotel itself. Smell of people smoking every night outside.

I always love staying at Motel 6. Location and staff in office are excellent.

Maintenance could be a little better. They were told on Monday our shower rod was coming out of wall . They were suppose to fix it that day. When we checked out on Thursday it was still not fixed.

Very clean room. The staff are awesome. We loved that we could bring our pup with us. Even the receptionist gave him treats. Was also fun to watch the bears from the top balcony. We vacation here every year and have always used this hotel. It's a home away from home.
