Positives:
It is conveniently located to the University of Tennessee Medical Center Trauma ICU, which is where our grandson was airlifted to after an accident. ALL SERVICES WERE EXCELLENT, including breakfast the next morning. We were able to book 2 side-by-side rooms for our family. Due to the time of year, the outdoor pool was understandably not open yet.

The TV in the room didn't work. The staff {Devanshi -I hope I got the name correct), offered to change the room as the maintenance guy was not available; we didn't change the room as the wifi network was not good in the other rooms.
