room a/c could have been cooler. Seems like it was preset as thermostat and fan could not be adjusted. It looked like a new unit so doubt it could be broken.

Good for price and a short weekend trip. No frills or whistles.

The washing machine was broke and they did nothing to help the situation.. I had to be at work at 9:30 in the morning. I used the washing machine at 7:15 am and at 9:00 I was pulling my clothes out of a broken washing machine. The housekeeping lady offered to wash and dry and food my clothes and said I could come back later tonight and pick them up. Whe n I asked for my $2 back for the broken machine the mod said no. "We're not going to charge you for washing your clothes " how out of touch with reality can a person be... ??
