Travelodge by Wyndham El Paso - Airport

Negatives: My reservation was for a room with 3 beds, but as I was checking in the young lady told me it was a 2 double bed room. Got the manager involved his answer has Booking.com had the wrong information on this room he did offer to give me that room for an additional charge. So I canceled.

Negatives: The room reaked of cigarettes. The door had poor seals so breezy air and light could get through. The door lock was hanging off and barely worked. The shower would NOT maintain a consistent temperature even if you turned the hot water all the way, it would alternate between hot and cold. Very few power outlets accessible for charging phones etc. The TV would not do anything but turn on. We couldn't change the channel. I'm pretty sure they assigned someone else the room we were in, too. Someone tried to come in several times at 11:30pm using a room key and we had to yell out the window for them to go away. They looked surprised someone was in the room and apologized repeatedly.

Negatives: shower was broken, got entire bathroom wet, my aunt was sitting on a bed for awhile and had a bug on her hair
