Positives: Excellent Early Checkin! Very nice staff. So close to Hobby airport literally next door. Behind other hotels which was about confusing for ride shares. Comfy bed and large working desk with good WiFi. Did not use pool or eat breakfast due to early flight. Recommend for quick overnight stay.

Negatives: Small pillows. Some pet smell that was addressed by housekeeping.

Negatives: The night clerk told us by phone to look for the RED VAN to shuttle to the hotel from Hobby Airport at 9:00 pm. We called three times and waited an hour and a half for a red shuttle. Finally after 3-4 passes a white shuttle asked us where we were going. It was a Best Western van. Turns out THIS was the red van. This guy at the hotel didnt bother to make sure which van was on duty and left us and others waiting for 1.5 hrs in the cold at the airport.
