Extreme musty,dank smell. Worst part were the several roaches found. It didn’t help that the night manager didn’t want to help us in trying to get a different room or refund. The furniture was outdated from that of the photos.

So dirty and noisy. Both bedside lamps did not work. Bed had a stain that looked like blood. Toilet was nasty and FULL of mold. Bathroom smelled like sewage the whole stay.

This place should be condemned. It's not a hotel, it's a sad version of a motel. The online room pictures are stock photos, not at all a reflection of the actual location. Non smoking room smelt like an ash tray. Room lights were only partially functional. (Probably to hide all the cracks in the wall) Refrigerator was just there not plugged in, no outlet, stains everywhere inside. Hair all over the bathroom. We felt disgusting just being in the room. Needless to say we did no stay here. Found a nice Best Western near the medical center.
