Negatives: I didn't like the smell of the room, was really strong and bad, the cleaning was not so good, the service was bad, even though I'm paying for a service.

Negatives: Terrible neighborhood, facilities, and a bit scary. My son did not feel safe with the property and all the obvious "residents" partying outside our room at all hours. Our room had no stopper in the tub and the room door handle was held on by a screw that fell out multilpe tmes. The pool looked better than the facility and that isn't saying much. I could go on but I hardly see the I point.

Negatives: Let' see, they scammed us on the check in as they canceled my reservation through yall at a cheaper price, even though they called me at 340 that afternoon to see when I would get there, never asked for my card, then canceled it because they didn't have a card on file, but when we got there they still had 2 rooms available, at a higher price. Then there was the stained mattresses, pillow cases were dirty, I don't know what was smeared on the walls but it looked like BM. Dirty floors with dead bug carcasses on them, we found the roach in the morning or we wouldn't have stayed at all. Dirty hand print smeared doors, the main door to our room looked to have been kicked in a 1 point. We decided to get up early and cancel our second night there as. (We arrived at 2 am and were tired or no, we would NOT have stayed at all) I only booked there because it had been rated as fair on here, it was woefully less than fair. It was disgusting! Thankfully we were able to get an airbnb for our next night that was amazing and much needed after this!
