It provided an immediate place to sleep due to emergency.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dirty and bug infested. Flies and roaches were dead all over the place, and the room smelled like water and pets. I didn't sleep well due to the smell, and it felt like something was crawling on me. I left in the middle of the night.

Dirty. If we had not paid, I would have walked out when we arrived. I can handle mess from construction. But not dirty.Surfaces of furniture had spilled sticky substances. Floors had spills (dried). Elevator floor was gross! Do they not wash/mop?? Not a breakfast, just coffee and two types of small muffins. Don't say breakfast if you don't have it (even temporarily).
