Awfully insulated rooms and could hear noise from any water, showers, flushing, walking (sounded like stomping) from rooms above. Minimal room insulation between rooms and could hear neighbours next door and upstairs. For the level of hotel this was beyond disappointing. Staff on check in not welcoming and dismissive.

The hotel is located in a premium location, freshly built and with a magnificent view around everything.
The staff was amiable and helpful. Good breakfast with enough choices.
Negatives:
The area around the sofa and the sofa itself was not clean. As we sat down to watch some movies after a long day, noticed that all over the sofa were food crumbs from previous guests. As it was late already and we were tired did not want to make a fuss about it. Everything else in the room was nice and comfortable, but due to this have a bit bitter feeling.

Hotel has nice views of the mountains, the room is modern, breakfast options are nice. I wish I knew their hot tub was working, they have a nice convenience corner.
Negatives:
There is definitely an issue with bathroom sink draining as mentioned in previous reviews. Also the desk construction in the room, with the blackouts down, I hit it at night and got a big bruise hating on the person who came up with that design that does absolutely nothing

We stayed on first floor and it was very very noisy. You could hear the people walking above you all the time.
There was no hot water and they offered us a soda. No reimbursement unless we were Marriott bonvoy members.
The breakfast was mediocre at best.

We loved everything about this property! It was too cold to swim but the room was beautiful and
the breakfast was excellent - the view as you enjoy breakfast was magnificent! We travel alot so
we were deeply impressed!!!!

The hotel is welcoming from the moment you arrive - with all the comforts you’d expect. The vibe is laid back, but attentive and the rooms are huge and of good quality. We visited in winter so the pool was closed, but will be sure to come back in summer!
