Breakfast hostess was rude overbearing for front desk clerk had told me there was real Maple Syrup that I could try for waffles as I wanted to taste prior to purchasing a bottle
I asked about the maple syrup. Breakfast hostess told me she didnt put it out because she said didnt want people to overuse it if you know what I mean
That made me feel uncomfortable at breakfast I was actually paying for
Hostess thereafter, set up surveillance on me making me uncomfortable had to take breakfast to my room the next few days
Desk clerk : First day Friday seemed very helpful friendly, professional, and kind.
I asked if I could change rooms because I had accidentally booked a handicap room which was bad. (My mistake) however, she made it seem that was too difficult yet didnt see many guest staying there.
The carpet smelled in my room. the shower was uncomfortable and she couldnt help me make this change in addition, I changed my date to stay a short time because I was so uncomfortable same desk clerk got that messed up. I got several calls
Then she couldnt help me make reservations at another Best Western.
I stated Hampton Hilton down the road
Its a beautiful location close to the interstate. Its sad you cant better help.
I will make every attempt not have to stay there when I come to see my sister

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, good shower, good sized room
Negatives:
Unbelievably expensive - no doubt taking advantage of the shortage of hotel rooms in the area. Had to drive to find supper as there is nothing close to this hotel - it's in the middle of nowhere - but the Copper Fox in Springfield was outstanding. Always such a shame that these big hotel chains are so soulless.
