Between Monday, Apr 22nd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Breakfast was very expensive - though good. All staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and courteous.

Negatives: One elevator in the full to capacity hotel was not working the whole weekend. (at one point staff helpfully took people to the service elevator. Room coffee maker didn't work. Repairman came promptly. Next morning it didn't work again. another guest when i went down to buy coffee said she had the same problem.
