The staff was always friendly and helpful, but everything else was horrible.

The room was so disgusting and dirty I had to go to Walmart and get cleaning supplies so I could sleep. The bed had a huge sinkhole in the mattress, I also had to buy a mattress topper so I could sleep. The toilet kept clogging and I even killed a roach!
