1. Clean sheets and towels!!!!! (The only reason I would stay there or anywhere.)
2. No carpet, best with dogs!
3. Dog friendly with no fee.
4. Lg property very well lit with cameras.
5. I always appreciate a fridge and microwave.
Negatives:
The room reeked of cigarette smoke as did my best friends room. The outlets/light switches, room phone, and door were filthy. There was an eye level brown smudge on the wall that could have been poop or mud (not sure which). Had to spend 10 extra dollars at Walmart for cleaning wipes for the grimy places and Lysol to get rid of smell. The room was pretty drab plain white with no bright orange wall like the picture. My friends room had a decent size wall mirror, mine did not which was disappointing.

The price was good for the two days spent there. Parking was decent.
Negatives:
The office is bare, cold and uninviting. The room is pretty much the same. No carpet, no coffee maker, it could have been cleaner (I found unused electrical connectors on the bed), and a dirty bathroom. The rooms are very generic/stripped down but not shown that way on website photos.
