There were roaches on the bed and all over the room. I encountered a drunk bloody man on my way to the room. I was disgusted by the room. And worse, I was not able to sleep because I felt in danger.

People were loud until 1am, the beds were uncomfortable and the door was poorly secured due to spacing between the door seal. The bathroom was outdated untidy

The two young ladies we delt with were very helpful and courteous.
Negatives:
The room we asked for was a no smoking. The door said no smoking but when we got in there, we could smell the smoke. We found cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed. No coffer pot in room.

filthy room in horrible condition with hair and stains on sheets, goo and gunk on walls and surfaces, used soap in the shower; non-smoking room reeked of smoke so was moved to another non-smoking room which was only slightly better and there was literally a pile of ash on the floor by the bed; creepy guests made me feel unsafe with my family; I can't believe this place is rated a "6-Pleasant" on Booking.com

Dog friendly but if your dogs bark they’ll ask you to leave. Well unfortunately dogs bark just like ppl talk. Paid pet fee but couldn’t leave my pet
