The two young ladies we delt with were very helpful and courteous.

The room we asked for was a no smoking. The door said no smoking but when we got in there, we could smell the smoke. We found cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed. No coffer pot in room.

filthy room in horrible condition with hair and stains on sheets, goo and gunk on walls and surfaces, used soap in the shower; non-smoking room reeked of smoke so was moved to another non-smoking room which was only slightly better and there was literally a pile of ash on the floor by the bed; creepy guests made me feel unsafe with my family; I can't believe this place is rated a "6-Pleasant" on Booking.com

Rooms size was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of available restaurants and fast food stores within walking distance if necessary.

I only had one problem with my room. Roaches! The room wasn't overwhelmed with them but they would definitely grab your attention playing peek a boo.
