Positives: This hotel will not take cash for stay above 7 days. They will not process vanilla card or prepaid card. I got stranded. So kindly get prepared with your credit or debit card. You don’t room service for 7 days. They provide microwave with no plate so get your own stuffs. Good and fridge is good.

Negatives: The bed was very uncomfortable. The carpet was so stained and outdated I just had a hard time looking at it and not thinking things. Stains on walls and microwave. Breakfast was grab and go try it was coffee and packets of oatmeal

Positives: I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to the Springfield-Franconia metro blue line. We visited from Orlando, FL and the hotel was maybe 3-5 minutes away from the metro. Also, plenty of food & shopping places around.

Negatives: Because the hotel is so centrally located, it can get a bit noisy, especially during the night.

Positives: Everything. The place is in a quiet area. Very clean. Laundry rooms. They thought of everything that a normal house would have.

Negatives: They just really need to have more of a real breakfast. The muffins lol are a good snack but a breakfast bar would be perfect. Even for cold foods like cereal and a hot bar for your standards eggs,meats. And toast or waffles.

Negatives: Horrid. Building should be condemned. Truly, inexcusably disgusting and filthy. I left immediately, and the quickness with which they obliged my demand for a refund reinforced that this must happen *very* often. They simply do not care and are fully content with the dilapidated, run down conditions.
