Positives: There was severe flooding with closed roads to motel so couldn’t, even get to room. Since I had no control over weather I feel a refund or credit should be applied I have stayed at this motel in the past and had no complaints but this situation warrants management action.

Positives: Close to hospital and medical facilities. Exceptionally clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

Negatives: Needed to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in, and we had already driven 3 hours to get there. Seemed a little pricey to me personally, but in comparison to nearby hotels to the hospital, it was a good rate. We arrived at 7:50pm and nearby (walking distance) restaurants were already closed. Only had to drive 5 minutes to get to a restaurant that closed at 9 pm. A continental breakfast would have been nice. Nothing fancy. Just cereal, toast, yogurt, and fruit.

Positives: People here are very friendly and the rooms are pretty nice. I was worried because the outside looks older but the updates inside the bedroom were good. I also liked that they had a pool right outside the room.

Negatives: We had little spiders that kept sneaking in from somewhere so it was annoying at times. The bathrooms could use some updates also. The sink faucet sprayed out everywhere if turned on too high and the shower is short enough that I could hit my head on it (I'm only about 5'4") so anyone else may have trouble with it.
