The shower hot/cold control doesn't work properly and it is hard to get the right temperature. Only do housekeeping on the 3rd day.

Positives:
The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I thought my shower wasn't working as no water was coming out and called reception. He came right away in the morning to show me how it was done. Receptionists are helpful and knowledgeable. They have all you need for a few nights stay in a hotel if you are there on business or other purpose and will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel.

Staff at the front desk don’t seem to like being asked questions. On three separate occasions, asking about parking on arrival, food recommendations in the evening, and then another parking question in the morning (three separate staff members) was always given a curt and not very helpful response. Ended up finding out the answers from other people in the city who were much friendlier since the hotel staff were not willing/interested in giving much help.
