The front desk staff were great. Very helpful and accommodating.

My only gripe is due to the fact that the hotel is so short staffed, the rooms only get cleaned when you check out. We were there for a week. We had fresh towels whenever we needed them, but the beds didnt get fresh linens until we left.

The maintenance provider, his name was Nick, he was very friendly.
Negatives:
The amenities stated there would be a hair dryer. There was not. Nick in maintenance put one up. It was used and needed to be cleaned. The rack for cloths was falling off the wall. Nick fixed it but no hangers. Still could not hang cloths. Fixtures, faucets. Toilet paper holder. All loose. Drapes hung over the air, heater. Blocked the flow.

Very nice room, a good size walk in shower, and a very fair price!! Not over priced, or underpriced! Fair for everybody

You have to schedule them to clean your room, not a big deal, it was easy to do but I feel like they should at least empty the trash can everyday! Thare is plenty of bigger trash can sitting outside the hotel!

Let's start with the reservation. Even though the reservation was confirmed through Booking.com it was not communicated to the hotel. In trying to straighten it out, it would have been nice if the Booking.com rep could have spoken understandable English.
The TV didn't work on Superbowl Sunday. The heater was falling apart and the place was one of the noiser lodging facilities I have stayed at.
Although the staff were friendly and said the problems would be addressed, they were never really fixed. I will bet the folks who booked the room after I left confronted the same problems.

It was survivable, but not...
Positives:
The staff were amazing and helpful prior to our stay and during the stay. My Mother in law wanted to share a room with my husband and I, so I called the front desk prior to our arrival. The front desk person was understanding and switched my room from a king bed to a double queen.
I did have to work in the hotel room on Thursday and Friday and had asked the front desk if I can have an extra chair for my mother in law to sit during the day. He called the maintenance guy to bring an extra chair to the room for us.
Negatives:
The chair in the room was not stable, one of wheel was broken so the chair was not well balanced and it will tilt to the side. There were times I would feel like I'm going to fall off the chair.
I'm sensitive to smells and fragrance, so I didn't like it that the room smelled like cigarettes and smoke the whole time we were there. There was no ventilation in the room, so the smell got on my clothes, pillows, blankets, etc.
