Beds were comfortable and room was clean and homey.
Negatives:
Emailed to ask for ground floor room since one of us has problems with stairs. Never received a response. On the booking it stated that breakfast would be available. That was a big NO. Husband visited the office in the morning and there was no one there.

The stay was great, the front desk lady on the weekdays and night time was very nice and understanding and great. The breakfast was great and the kids love the pool.

I didnt like the weekend lady who worjed the front desk, due to her not getting the room service we asked for and I had to clean my own room.
