Positives:
For me I enjoyed just the simplicity of the hotel, the room was really clean, the controls worked for the TV, and the staff was really friendly. I started getting a cold towards the end of the night, and they helped me get some meds to take care of me.
Negatives:
When we got there at at 3:30 pm, our room wasnt ready, had to wait another hour, its not a huge deal, but a slight inconvenience when youre in a pretty boring place like Rock Springs. A/C kept acting weird, going off and on, not on constant.

Everyone we met was helpful and gracious. The rooms were so clean. The proximity to Old Chicago Pizza was great, especially since we had no car. We were traveling and had car trouble. The staff accommodated our need for extending our stay,etc. Amazing!
