Was very crowded with kids for the pool or hot tub . They should have adult time from 9 pm to 10 pm .

Our 3rd stay here in 4mths. For the 2nd time, we were awaken by the fire alarm and had to evacuate the building for over an hour. This was near 6am when they start their breakfast and we could smell burnt toast when leaving. Same scenario to 1st time.

Just one lady taken care of guests in whole building I believe when we checked in in the evening . She works really hard to please everyone.

Room was good. Would have been nice to have more than one arm chair though. The most excellent breakfast of all our Wyndham stays. More selection than I ever seen at a continental breakfast. Im picky about what I eat. Had whole grain breads and lots of fruit n healthy choices. Thank you

The kids loved the slide and the breakfast, having the separated pull out couch and 2nd TV let us stay up comfortably once they were sleeping. Staff were friendly and check in and out was quick and easy.
Negatives:
The AC unit was poorly insulated and there was a draft from around it, being right beside the bed it was pretty chilly overnight. The mall is the only real place to get food nearby if you have kids and can't go to the casino. Sidewalks were not shoveled so we had to carry luggage over the snow drifts forming on their walkways.

I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. It was bright and inviting for a hotel room. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
LOL My water pressure during my shower went to half. I assume someone else was showering in another room. And when driving out there was a snow storm making it difficult to find the exit. It would be nice if they had an exit sign. It was pretty white out there.
