Positives:
The Staff were helpful and accommodating. Better views on back side however train tracks can be noisy sometimes. The room was larger with a separate living area with sofa bed. The hot tub was great.
Negatives:
The place is aged and we had tried 3 different rooms one of which was so dusty and the window was inoperable and we couldn't sleep and it triggered my kids Asthma. Make sure you smell the pillows, etc. Pool wasn't clean.

Aged Location, Good Value and...
Positives:
Great outdoor hot tub open till 11 as well as a spa tub in the room. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Very comfy bed.
Negatives:
Long walk to the bathroom on the loft room. Couldn’t see the view from the loft and the train was pretty regular. We didn’t mind, but it is right on the tracks so if you care, get a room facing north.

The front desk guy wasn’t there when we got there. We waited and text the number it said to text and still no reply and nobody showed up. It took until the maintenance guy called him that he showed up and then he was impatient and rude to us and another guest who had been waiting longer than us.

Chez francois was a very good restaurant great food gym was good its old equipment but still does the trick when I got there I was sent to the wrong room and that got sorted quickly.

Pool was realy cold and the hot tub was sitting at 97° lots of water damage throughout the hotel for the price you pat it's not worth it the beds are hard well for what I had in my room as for the train I couldn't realy hear it but was facing road side

The staff made accommodations to suit our needs and we’re very polite and helpful. The complimentary coffee machine also made hot chocolate for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were enjoyable. Will definitely be returning!
Negatives:
Complimentary breakfast would have been nice and convenient. Although they are walking distance to breakfast restaurants.

Booking com was collecting money for this room 1 week before we arrived. Money should not be taken until arrival day . Will not use booking com . Ever again.
