The bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately... we had a very poor sleep! Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 4:00 - even though we were advised that check-in was at 4:00.

the unfortunate part was NO heat: could not reach the front desk so slept in a cold room. I want to say that the morning front desk young man seemed concerned, did go and check out our room was cold and confirmed my ask for a reduction in our costs would be adjusted. Positives:
Room was clean and spacious. Beds were somewhat comfortable. The pool looked ok, although I didn't go in it.
Negatives:
No heat in the room. Was cold enough that I to sleep in my jacket. Front desk was closed by the time we realized the heat didn't work.. The bathroom door in our room would not close. There was a rusty nail sticking outside of the key drop that I snagged my finger on.
