Very good location close to the mall and superstore, has a washer and dryer, kitchenette, balcony and underground parking.
Negatives:
For the value it wasnt worth it in my opinion. Very dated, elevator door opened half way on occasions and seems like its on its last leg. And it looked like someone punched the bathroom door. It was super hot too (36c) even though I set the thermostat to 20c and it said cooling was on.
