Pool seemed to have rotten wood by slide, sharp spots on the stairs and broken glass.
Tv was just basic cable (not a huge issue just inconvenient)
Carpet was not vacuumed when we arrived there was hair and Lego behind the door to prove our suspicions.

Very old and run down. Tiny TV. Seemed like a really small bed. Not fabulous. Check in was slow. We were moving back home after a winter away and our room was a very long way through a maze of hallways to get our stuff. Breakfast was cold. We were told there were no food warmers??? All in all we made a decision that we would never stay there again. I think when you book online you get the bad rooms.

Outdated rooms, smells of cigarettes and weird layout wing vs tower. The tower is awful and super dated the wing is a bit better. Younger front staff, pony tail and a lot of eye liner younger girl was not very nice to visitors.

Breakfast was a fairly standard continental breakfast.
Negatives:
The building smelt like cigarette smoke, which I felt wasnt good for my breathing. Aside from that the bed was comfortable, however I would question whether or not the sheets were changed as there were a couple hairs in the bed upon pulling the blankets back. There was also hair in the bathtub, and the carpets seemed as they havent been vacuumed in a while
