Enjoyed the location, pool was great and rooms were nice and clean.
Checkout lady was super nice.
Negatives:
First day breakfast was good. Not great but good. Second day was horrible. The breakfast attendant was not friendly, was off chatting in the hall and was rude when talked to. We got down there and there was one other 3 adult family there. No playes, no coffee, no eggs or hashbrowns, no fruit the entire time we were down at breakfast.
One of the front staff we experienced was not friendly at all. He was very cold

Location was good. This is were anything good about the stay ended.
Negatives:
When we arrived the outside around the building had garbage and a dirty shoe in the entrance. We were given the key card to a room that was not cleaned. We were then moved to a different room and given a key card that did not work. We had to wait 15 minutes for the clerk to figure out how to make the key work. The room bathroom had a centipede crawling through. The receptacle in the bathroom didn't work...yes we tried a reset. The main breakfast area was not clean at all. There is a sign regarding decaffeinated coffee, just ask and it will be made...this did not happened. Hopefully this was helpful for management - do better.
