Clean, efficient staff and friendly....
Positives:
The pool was fantastic and the reason we booked. But after a day using it, they closed it for “maintenance” after telling us the pool opened the day our stay started. Do I worry now that was in the pool was unsafe for me and my family?
Negatives:
The staff were rude, unprofessional, hard to deal with, and dont understand what being in the hospitality industry means.
I doubt I will ever use this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable and it seemed clean.
Negatives:
The blanket was very thin and scratchy. The furniture and decor was extremely dated. The tv only had channels from the 80’s & 90’s and very few at that. The rugs were filthy and very old. The continental breakfast was very minimal and disappointing.

Small cigarette burn on one of the blankets.
Bathroom sink was plugged, took 5 minutes to drain from brushing teeth. Bath tub faucet loose and ready to fall off.

We were placed in a room next to the bar across the way. Called front desk and visited them 3 times. They then called while my kids were trying to sleep and knocked on the door. Next morning I told the front desk the noise was beyond acceptable and the manager was supposed to call me and never did.
