Positives:
The room, staff, breakfast , parking and location were all prefect for our needs.
Negatives:
I purposely called ahead to check on availability of the hot tub and was assured that it was in working order only to arrive and be told that it was "under maintenance". I had told my daughter and grandchildren to bring their bathing suits so that we could have a nice leisurely soak How disappointing for all of us! IIt would have been much kinder to be told in advance.

I had a suite room. The door to the bedroom area had a gap at the bottom close to 1.5 inches high. Cold air was coming in the whole night.
