Great staff, Numa Lounge/Restaurant is very good, Casino is ok (used to be better, but like everyone are upgrading to more expensive machines).
Negatives:
The rooms are getting a little dated in the Lodge side nearest the Casino, especially the bathrooms need improvements. We always say after not being there for a while, ‘nothing has changed in the rooms’, guess it doesn’t matter.

Numa restaurant was great and the service was amazing. The front desk staff in the hotel were also brilliant and loved spending time with us and playing with our fussy baby in the early hours of the morning. Truly great people.

The rooms are slightly dated and not very well soundproofed, but it really didn't detract from the experience.
