Positives:
The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She called room and asked me if it was up to my expectations as soon as we settled in. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was also close to the the things we did and places we wanted to eat. The breakfast was the usual muffins and cereal, but that was fine too. All around I would go there again as it is pet friendly and we go to Kamloops quite often for shopping and doctor visits

The bathroom was not as clean as I should have been. Old soap left in the shower. The floors were a little dirty.

Itchy red welts were developing on my legs by the second afternoon. Extreme itch & fear of more bites keep me sitting in a chair the second night.
I phoned to see if my pouch containing my chargers & cables had been left in the room. They were to check with housekeeper & call me back. No call back & by then I was too ill to care.
