Parkade sign could say you can park in hotel area before checking in instead of saying you need your room key to park as we found out that is only after a certain time...like 9pm

The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was good along with the bathroom and toiletries. Location was great and perfect for exploring by the waterfront, quays and local restaurants and shops. The car park under the hotel was very convenient.
Negatives:
We visited the swimming pool and spa area. Unfortunately we would only use the hot tub which was not very clean, the swimming pool was very busy and was not very inviting and the sauna was not working. The gym facilities looked good though. It was disappointing as we were looking forward to a nice relax using the spa facilities. We had a constant noise during the night (it was not from outside the hotel) and reported this to reception.
