Parking in the Upper parkade was challenging due to the posts. Got a big scrape on my car and it took 3 tries before I found a spot I could safely get into.

Great location, friendly staff, restaurant 15 excellent food. Spacious suites, and beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
Pillows are too soft, the bedroom cannot be darkened, especially when you are on the city side view, noise from traffic can wake you up.
Book on the lake side!

Positives:
We could not check in until 4:45 as our room wasnt ready, after waiting for one and a half hours we were told there was another room that was ready. Our room faced the pub across the street and it was noisy. The beds were great.
Negatives:
The wifi was very spotty. I could only get on now and then before it went off. The sofa and chair were uncomfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it was closed one night for maintenance.
