Negatives:
Everything has a very outdated feel to it and while the cleanliness was okay, it didn't feel like it because everything was so used. The fridge and toilet are incredibly loud and the walls so thin that you also hear your neighbors toilet and fridge. The toilet is weirdly low, to the point that I don't think elderly or disabled people would be able to use it.
