The fact that the restaurant was not open for an evening meal and we had to drive to get something to eat. Also the visit "mouse" during the evening. Not the fault of the facility as it happens when the doors are open and closing all the time on the ground level.

This hotel is very over priced, needs knocking down and rebuilding. The beds are old and uncomfortable, the rooms are very dated and dismal. The breakfast (included) was atrocious - inedible!
