We booked the gold floor And in addition to mouse droppings in the private stairway there was also a mouse in the hall on the gold floor lounge area .. very upset by this. If I wanted to stay in squaller I could have saved myself a considerable amount of money. Very disappointed in Fairmont

For a Fairmont property, I was surprised at how mediocre the room was. The bathroom could have used a serious remodel, and the bedroom (while clean) felt like a mid-rate hotel.
