After Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Vancouver), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Negatives: There were people in a room by us and they kept us up for 3 hours, their dog kept barking and they kept going in and out of their room!! We could hear everything! I called the front desk and it just kept going! Although I can appreciate an apology from the staff. It wasn't their fault, but it would have been appreciated a lot if the noise would have stopped and we could ga e slept! And if they would have properly managed the situation!!! Very unprofessional and mishandled.
