The pool was too cool. We specifically picked this hotel because of travelling with grandchildren who love to swim. Within minutes their lips would be blue and they were shivering. As a result we had to keep our swims short. As well in the change room the shower water was only freezing cold. Hot tub jets weren't working.
We were travelling with our dog. The housekeeper would make noise in the hall, and our dog would bark once. Then I would get a text that my dog was barking. It was always just one bark due to staff making noise and we were in the room. Was it really necessary to complain to us?
In one case the housekeeper knocked, we spoke with her and informed her that we would be out of the room with the dog after 1pm and then the room could be cleaned. She reported that she wasn't able to clean the room. Not correct.
