The water was shutdown at 10:00 PM due to a pressure valve replacement, At 9:00 pm the sink was plug due to a serious amount of sand maintenance was sent and by 9:45 pm it was rectified. The next morning the water was run for at least ten minutes and after thar the shower was still full of sand, not nice taking shower with a good amount of sand.

Positives:
The service in every department is considered, thoughtful, and authentic. We loved the view from our room, the front desk staff, the guys at the guest service desk and the wonderful staff in the club lounge. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and made our stay outstanding. We had so much fun playing tennis, and the food in the club room was surprisingly delicious. (Ive used club lounges in Fairmonts and Hyatts and they are always disappointing) The staff in the club room were awesome and were so helpful and really made us laugh!! They even made special meals for our celiac son! I cannot wait to stay here again!
Negatives:
The only thing was the whirlpool which was not heated and therefore not nice to sit in.
