Poor facilities, does not have the known luxury for the four seasons, there is a lot of help yourself and hospitality is not at its utmost standards which is typical of the north American hotels, the lobby is ridiculously tiny and has poor facilities, there were two restaurants and one of them was fully booked for a week and the other one for the next 3 days

Well located. Beautiful. Clean. At face value everything youd expect from a 4 Seasons.
Pop up bar was stunning.
Manager on duty was attentive to our issues and genuinely cared and wanted to make up for our challenges.
Negatives:
Given what you pay and what level of service youd expect to receive, I was surprised that all the little things that matter werent in line.
- 45 min wait for room service (for glass of wine).
- valet not ready with car despite ample warning of need to have it ready
- spa service was problematic and took hours and negotiations to resolve problem with service and attendant
- two sets of skis we rented at the ski concierge were not waxed and were dull. Both days.

The bed was the worst bed we have ever slept in. We could not sleep well and both woke up very swore and tired. Although the rest of the experience was exceptional so this note does not affect our overall rating

This hotel is stunning inside and out and the wonderful staff truly made our stay memorable. Well never forget our huge, well-appointed room with a cozy fireplace and nightly turndown service. We already miss the complimentary wine tastings in our robes or getting dropped off/picked up at village restaurants with the house car, and definitely the ski valet! Ski valet is game changer for anyone considering a ski/snowboarding trip. Instead of dragging around cold wet gear all day, imagine warm, dry boots served with coffee and pastries in the morning and hot chocolate and warm cookies after a full day on the slopes! Lastly, Id like to personally thank the entire staff for going above and beyond to ensure our engagement trip was unforgettable.
Negatives:
Perhaps an additional restaurant option in the future would be nice.
